Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to information handled by the Oneul Rhythm mobile app and by the Google AdMob advertising services included in the app.

Oneul Rhythm does not provide sign-in, user accounts, an operator-run server, or cloud synchronization.

Advertising is disabled in the iOS App Store release 1.1.0. Version 1.1.1 enables advertising and is being tested through TestFlight; the advertising practices below will also apply to free users after that version is publicly released. Actual behavior may differ by version and installation channel.

2. Information stored only on your device

The following information that you enter or create while using the app is stored locally on your device:

• Rhythm names, start and end times, repeat days, reminders, and notes
• Completion records by date and the state of an active focus session
• App preferences such as the default reminder

This information is used for Today, rhythm management, local notifications, iOS Live Activities, and Android progress notifications. It is not transmitted to the Oneul Rhythm operator.

iOS Plus payments and purchase restoration use Apple StoreKit. The app checks purchase entitlements on your device and stores your Plus status; it does not send receipts or purchase history to an operator-run server. The operator cannot access payment card details. Apple's processing of payment information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

3. Information the advertising service may process

We use the Google Mobile Ads SDK and User Messaging Platform SDK to provide limited banner advertising in the free version. Google may automatically collect or share the following information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention:

In advertising-enabled iOS versions, ad preparation starts only after free entitlement is confirmed and the consent state permits ad requests. If Plus entitlement is confirmed at startup, the app does not start advertising consent requests or initialize the advertising SDK. If a purchase or restoration activates Plus during a free session, the app removes banners and stops new ad requests. Information already sent to Google remains subject to Google's retention and deletion policies.

• IP address and approximate location inferred from it
• Product interactions such as app launches, taps, and ad views
• Diagnostics and performance information such as crash logs, launch time, hangs, and energy use
• Device or account-related identifiers, including advertising and app-scoped identifiers
• Advertising data such as ads that were shown

4. Advertising consent and choices

Where required by law or Google policy, Google presents consent choices for advertising data. When available, you can review or change those choices in Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy choices.

The current advertising-enabled iOS version requests non-personalized ads and disables Google's Publisher First-Party ID. It does not request or require ATT tracking permission and does not use IDFA without tracking authorization. Advertising-related processing, such as IP addresses and diagnostics, may still occur.

On other platforms, you can use the advertising privacy settings provided by the operating system. Where supported, you can reset or delete your advertising ID. Depending on the platform and your choices, personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads may be served.

5. Retention and deletion

Information stored on your device may remain until you delete the related rhythm in the app, clear app data through the operating system, or uninstall the app. The Oneul Rhythm operator cannot access, restore, or remotely delete this local information.

Advertising information processed by Google is retained and deleted under Google policies and your Google and device privacy settings.

6. Third parties and security

The Oneul Rhythm operator does not sell or provide your rhythm names or notes to third parties. Information described above may be processed by Google when advertising features are used.

Local information is kept in the app storage area provided by the operating system. According to Google's published documentation, data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when app features, included SDKs, or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
